First Picture!

This was one of the first pictures I took when I got my new Canon Rebel T3i.  

I went down to the beach with another photographer who helped me understand the basics of shooting pictures in Aperture Priority (manual shooting).  This is what I got!  You always see things different with your eye, then what you see through your camera lens.  That's the hardest part and then the composition.  So I think I will go back to the same place and take another picture to do kind of a before and after.
